Welcome to Dying for Likes, hosted by Al Jackson and Sam Schacher, where we will unpack the subtle details that can change the trajectory of a viral video ever so slightly, bending it toward a cautionary tale. Unfortunately, articles about viral videos gone wrong are limited to two or three-second blurbs, painting the individual as reckless. We seek to highlight their backstory while shedding light on ours, illuminating for the viewer or listener that, for the most part, we are all the same, and this could have been any of us.
